Three Imperial Officer cards but only two Imperial Officer models?

I have three Imperial Officer cards (an elite and two regular) but only two Imperial Officer models.

Is this normal or did get get an extra regular card or am I missing an Imperial Officer model?

Missing a model, you should have 3 Imperial Officers

I got 3 cards and figures. I'd guess you're short 1 figure.

FFG's got some of the best customer support in the world. I have yet to hear anything bad about them.

My personal experience was when my cat monster decided to dump my bin containing all my flight pegs for X-Wing. After cleanup, I was missing two, and FFG replaced them no problem. They didnt have to, but they did.
