its going to be like last year with the rebel aces.. it will be "out" n hard to find but plentifull at gencon. also gen con will have full wave 7 that wont be available for 5 months after.. yes im a gambling man and yes ill take odds on this.

If I recall, the last time around with the huge ships, they were announced in July/August, whenever the big Con was, and were slated for Christmas release. We didn't get them until April/May. That's nearly a full year turn around. I'll be a little more optimistic this time since I hope they have their process down a little better with the big ships, at least in terms of not spilling the beans before they are really ready, so I'm going to say mid to late summer for the Imperial Raider.

More like hundreds, if not thousands, of kilometers.

To be fair that is the equilibrium state on a cosmic timescale. One could certainly imagine something like an asteroid field existing after some temporary force tore apart a larger celstial body. It wouldn't take long in the cosmic timeline for it to reform or have much of it be pulled towards some other mass. But in the measure of a human life it could exist for quite some time.
