No, brutality is a single action that needs to be completed before another action can be resolved

Yeah but spending movement points is no action. Only gaining them.
Page 20 under Movement Points. Can be spent before or after, but not during and action.

Yeah but spending movement points is no action. Only gaining them.
But the OP (Edit: I see this is yourself) is asking if you can/may interrupt (!) the 2 attacks in Brutality in order to move (as in spending movement points) in between the 2 attacks. Which you can't.
It was this point I addressed and answered.
