I've 4 questions about the dragon scales mechanic:

1. Grilipus has 2 green dragon scales on his dragon card. I start my turn on a space with a red dragon scale, and than I draw a green dragon scale. i'm crowning Grilipus, discard 2 green scales but what should I do with the third? place it with the red dragon scale at the same space? discard the red and place the green? leave the red and discard the green?

2. I moved into a space with a red dragon scale. Varthax is the king so i draw a Varthax card.

This card is a stranger (non-enemy card), what should I do with the dragon scale? claim it? leave it there for the rest of the game?

3. I moved into the fields, which contains Pool OF Life and a red dragon scale. Varthax is the king. I must draw Varthax card even that the Pool OF Life is been there already?

4. I moved into the village, which contains Varthax card (non-enemy) and Varthax scale. Varthax is the king. i have to draw an additional Varthax card?

Check Dragon rulebook, page 8:

If the space already has a dragon scale, it is placed in the next space counterclockwise that does not already have a dragon scale . If every space in the Region already has a dragon scale, the dragon scale is discarded and the character must suffer the Dragon Rage of the Dragon King instead .

Check Dragon rulebook, page 11:

If a character kills an Enemy from a Dragon Card, in addition to taking the Enemy as a trophy, he may claim the dragon scale on his space and place it in his play area.

If no Enemy is killed, the dragon scale cannot be claimed and stays on the space.

You are not encountering the space, but are forced to encounter the dragon scale. Check Dragon rulebook, page 10:

If a character encounters the dragon scale, he must draw one card from the deck that matches the dragon scale, even if there are already one or more cards in the space. The character must resolve all of the cards in the space following the normal rules .

Yes, see the same paragraph quoted above.

Dragon is not an easy expansion to manage, but the rules cover almost all instances. You must consult them regularly until you get familiar with the scale mechanic.
