1 and 2.: it's the same maneuver, but instead of picking the bank template, you pick the corresponding hard turn template. Everything else is unchanged (heading and red drawback)

1 no, the card states that you may use the corresponding hard turn template.

2 the move is still red, you just use a different template.

Yeah, if you pick right, you have to go right and its still a red maneuver.

Now with Stay on Target, I believe you can switch your segnor to the otherside and use the bank or hard turn. So with SOT you can choose between 7 maneuvers at speed 3!
