Which grants Unnatural Agility x3,

Assuming someone has AB of 4, with Lighting Reflex which normally doubles that to a 8+d10

would it be AB4(12) and with Lighting Reflex double to 24+d10?

You never multiply multiple multipliers They just add to each other.

So you have Unnatural Agility x3, then another multiplier would increase this to x4. So you'd have ABx4 = 16 + 1d10

I believe this is only true for unnatural statistics as lightning reflexes explicitly doubles the bonus gained from agility and does not modify the AB in itself. I'd say (AB*3)*2 as a result of that for initiative
