And forgot to ask if 3PO needs the title, I dont think so because I think its like R7-T1 on a Y-wing. So it would be pointless having the title and lando.

I'm assuming you're talking about using Lando and C3PO on the YT-1300 since you mentioned the title and no other current rebel ship has two crew slots.

If you wait until you're attacked, if there is a single R1-2 unobstructed attack (where you're only rolling 1 agility die), you're better off waiting until then to use C3PO as you will have a 63% chance of guessing correctly there and adding a result. Furthermore, it provides you the opportunity to guess 1 if you 100% have to evade an additional damage (aka, when avoiding 1 damage will kill you, or you'll be ionized) and gamble that you'll roll the one, and get a second from C3PO. Since this is a situation thing that you cannot know until you're attacked, it's best to wait.

As for taking the title along with Lando, it does 2 things for you. First off, if you get a free action anywhere (EI, PTL, Cracken, SL) you can use both. Furthermore, it's not a gamble. If the game comes down to an A wing shooting at you and you have 1 hull remaining, you will want to take the evade action instead of Lando. The 100% guaranteed token, plus C3PO, means that a silly A wing CANNOT do damage to you. If you only have Lando, you're gambling that you get at least one evade result from the two dice, and at some point that will fail you, and the A wing will kill you.

If you're talking about the CREW lando, you should guess 1 evade result.
