Couple of Rule Clarifications

By slaptac, in Star Wars: Imperial Assault

- I know when you roll surges you have the option to use one Surge to remove one Strain. In the case where you have no Strain on your card can that be used to remove one Health?

- On General Weiss deployment card (and others have this move order), His special: Generals Orders says something along the lines of being able to preform a MOVE with two other characters on the map. My question is what does MOVE mean exacitly? Can I take a full turn (move and attack?)? Do I just move two characters according to their speed? When I choose one of those characters and their part of a squad does that mean the whole squad?

I've read the Reference guide over and over, and I'm at the point that I'm just glazing over it all.

1) Yes

2) No, JUST move and the two figures cannot do more until their activation. And only 2 figures, not two groups/squads

Elaborating on 1)

Strain in a campaign (RRG page 23, 3rd last paragraph):

• If an effect allows a hero to recover more [strain] than he has suffered, he recovers one [Damage] for each [strain] he cannot recover.

And elaborating on 2)

Movement points (RRG page 20):

If a figure gains movement points when it is not its activation, those movement points must be spent immediately as an interrupt or be lost.

Is there a limit to the amount of unused surges that can be spent on strain and dmg recovery? In descent it was limited to one, but I'm not seeing that restriction?

RRG page 24:

During a campaign, a hero performing an attack may spend

1 [surge] to recover 1 [Damage].

• Each [surge] ability can be triggered only once per attack

Yes each surge can only be used once, but what if there are 3 surges? Descent restricted one point for fatigue and I'm not seeing that restriction here.

Each surge ability may only be triggered once per attack

So if you roll 3 surge then you may (as an example) spend 1 Surge on +1 Damage, 1 on Pierce 1 and the last one to recover 1 Strain/Damage
