PTL Fel is usually a good choice for 30pts.

well ptl fel would make it a full ps9 list.. i'll give it a shot

I prefer PTL Turr Phenir. I've had a bit of discussion with others on the forum and they are both good options. It's just a matter of preference. Personally, I like the ability to fire....and then dance away.

I also would probably want to stick in SOMETHING else for your opponents to focus on. Phantoms and Interceptors are good, but they work best when your opponent is distracted with something else. Maybe stick in as many Tie Fighters as you can?

well i was tempted to dump the stealth on phenir for a naked firespray that would be big and in the way have yet to try the list though
