Please clarify this for me: it always takes 2 maneuvers to go from one range band to another, except for the exceptions detailed in the fly/drive maneuver. But at speed 5-6 it doesn't list the number of maneuvers to go from close to short. I've always assumed that since speed 5 is bigger than 4, and in speed 2-4 it says it takes 1 maneuver from close to short, at speed 5 logically it will take 1 maneuver. Am i correct?
