To all who tuned in to the FCB Store Championship

By Engine25, in X-Wing

We want to send out a huge thank you to the Holonet for making our stream a huge success! Great coverage of a great tournament, and the audience response is what made it so great. Had as many as 120 viewers at the peak, commenting, asking questions, and having a great time. In fact, we chose several of the featured matches based on viewer opinion. Viewers ask over the world watched for hours on end.

The stream was so successful that other Atlanta stores are looking into streaming their own tournaments. Keep a lookout for updates! The next Atlanta tournament will be at HobbyTown USA in Kennesaw, Georgia on Jan 31, and GigaBites Cafe on March 7, and both will likely be streamed.

And of course, thanks to everyone who came out out FCB, to our commentators Chris, Francis, Chad, Brendan, and Dylan, too every one who was kind enough to give us a moment to interview them, to FFG for making us a great game, and to the players who made the whole day possible.

And, as always, May the Force be with You. Fly casual, Holonet.

Was great to watch. Was on until early morning 2AM here in Sweden following the stream.

Great work and thank you so much!

Thanks -- I enjoyed it!

And for those who are looking for the big-time showdown, just jump to the 5:21:00 mark. All the matches were entertaining, but this was easily my favorite of the night. Chiraneau/Boba Fett flying against the 5 A-Wings with Proton Rockets!

I only saw the match with five A-Wings, and that one was very entertaining. Thanks for the stream!

Great coverage and hopefully this is the future for X-Wing tournaments!

Thank you.

It was a great 13+hr experience.

I'm just glad it fell on a Sunday my time (Australia) so I was able to organise provisions and settle in for the whole thing. There were some great matches. Really well done job for your first stream. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cheers

I had a very relaxing Sunday afternoon (Australia) with a couple of beers watching the last three matches live.

I'd love to see more of this, but It won't happen without the people who are prepared to put the effort in, thanks guys, please keep up the good work.

Go Pink for Nick!

You can't use free ysanne evade action if stressed! Hehehe

Thank you very much for the stream! It was very fun to watch.

So many turrets... I found myself rooting for whoever wasn't bringing one, especially the guy flying 5 A-Wing. Definetely my favorite rebel ship and I was not expecting to see them. Big thumbs up to the guy.

Watched the final 3 rounds, while in vacation in Florida, and that was time well spent :) Sad to see no Imperials in the final match, but great to see a new tournament player win if I understood correctly. Don't know if they'll stream tournaments I will attend, but watching this got me excited to play my tournaments :)

The top 8 and top 4 all happened to be rebels vs imperials. I'm glad the stream was so well received. We're defiantly planning on doing it for our future tournaments

I saw thoses matches but as an Imperial player, I want to see my side win :)

This was a blast, and I'm glad I'll have a recording to use to see where I went wrong! :)

TableTop General, I presume?

TableTop General, I presume?

You got it.

The 5 A-wing list was refreshing to see. Not only did he prove the usefulness of the ship (without the points adjustment), he pulled a win out of an anyone-has-it-scenario, and that was great to see. A-wings with prockets are clearly a good choice against the current large-ship meta

Watched several of the games, (from Australia), and enjoyed them immensely.

Kudos to FCB et al.

Thanks for the head-up RagnarokSquadron, I didn't watch the 5As match.

Thanks for the spoiler, UnfairBanana!
