I'm sorry if this has been brought up before but I can't find it.

The crew cards that Jan Ors and Kyle Katarn are on have a little logo that I'm not seeing on the upgrade bars of any of my pilot cards.

It is possible that it is mentioned in the rules but I bought them just before we moved house so I lost a lot in the move unfortunately.

As always any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kyle and Jan (Crew) cards both came with Rebel Aces. It's possible you're not seeing the (Crew) icon on your pilot cards because they're not there! B-Wings don't have that option naturally, but if you can find your B-Wing/E2 (Modification) cards (which also came with Rebel Aces), that should answer your question: that (Modification) allows the B-Wing to use (Crew) upgrade cards.

Yeah, I suspect ObiWonka is correct on what is causing the confusion. The crew icon has to be added to the B-Wing by the modification. It also comes naturally on the Falcon, HWK, Outrider, Slave 1, Lambda, Decimator and Phantom ships. (although Jan and Kyle obviously can only be used on the first 3). If you don't have any of those ships (quite possible given the current supply issues) then you very well might never have seen the icon.
