So I was playing around with the http://cardcreator.atelierdufaucon.com/ Custom Card Creator, and decided to show off a few idea's I had for new pilots for the ships.
The first 3 will be a bit of Star Wars Nostalgia with me, as it was one of the first Star Wars games I played as a kid, (along side Dark Forces) and that title is Rebel Assault, what I would now describe as a "rail shooter", but back then I didnt care, I was in a X-wing, and A-Wing, and the T-16 Sky Hopper! xD
I tried to capture each pilot's feel in there custom abilities, with the exception of Jake Farrell, as I just made a art change to go with the other 2 Pilots and copied everything else from the official card.
For Ru Murleen's card, because of her awesome flying through the spike training area, I figured she deserved a extremely unique evasion ability to set her apart from the crowd.
While I didn't write it down, assuming you DIDNT land the evasion roll, treat the obstruction as usual.
Simlar, with Rookie One's card, I felt his training gifted him an evasion token action, considering that was honestly the only thing that sets him (Besides the fact that its "you" the player) apart is that you can kinda evade stuff by "strafing" left and right in the game slightly offsetting your predetermined flight path. lol. I didn't want to give him an attack boost, because I felt that kinda stuff belongs to the Rogue Squadron Pilots, like Wedge.
The art for Ru, and Jake, is from in game sprites, and the Rookie One cockpit art, is the box art for Rebel Assault. Let me know what ya'll think of the set ups.
