I'm just checking what happens if a phantom goes over an asteroid then in the combat phase hits a ship and has ACD. I believe cloaking is ok unless stressed.

The asteroid causes you to skip your Perform Action step, but will still allow you to use the ACD in the Combat phase.

Yep thought so but not if he is stressed

Stress stops the use of any actions, just like normal.
