I just downloaded the cryodex software but am not sure how to get it running.

I unzipped it and see lots of files.

Ok, I managed to get it going.

now I'm not sure how the scoring works

Where do I input the MoV and or if it's a modified or full win

A user guide would be kind of nice

Run a mock tournament with eight imaginary players. All you really need to do is input who won each match, and how many points each player destroyed. It'll calculate MoV, overall ranking, and the next round pairings automatically.

Once you've entered all the players, you need to go to File at the top and Create New Tournament. Add you players to the tournament. It will then generate the first round pairings and it should be pretty straight foward from there.
