Will the Fight Night promo include BRTs and Cutting Edge (That is the booster chase card right?) or will those be removed before they're sent out?

Incorrect.
Blood Runs True comes in the Cutting Edge STARTER display.
What you're getting is a Cutting Edge BOOSTER display, which comes with Final Confrontation.
when they did send the starters for the last promotion though the starters were individual and there was no brt.

No we got sealed starters so for the promotion before set 12 the store got one BRT.

yeah our store got it to because we had a special tourney to give away the two that we had

Yeah i kept my BRT, but gave away everything else (and then some). My reward for dealing with 20+ kids wanting to play a game i only have 16 people's worth of product for...
but i then gave it away later
