Boba fett same idea. He's a bounty hunter and he's a hunter as well.
Both have lots of cool toys and gadgets at their disposal and are both very good fighters.

EU has a tendency to creep into the movies. Coruscant was EU untill the Phanhom Menace /ROTJ special edition put it in.
Depends on the venu in my book, also on which kind of predator. The one from the original film, sure. If it is the slacker predator that got killed in LA not so much. The three chumps from AVP 1 even less.
Who / What is this Yautja that Boba is fighting anyway? Is Boba Fighting Anytime or any named Predator? If hes fighting a no-name are they using the tools of the hunt OR weapons of war? That last part makes a huge diffrence. Are we using a specific tribe or clan, or is this Predator a composite Predator?
If its a mix of everything with weapons of war I dont think Fett can win in a head to head fight. He will have to be Stealthy and use his anti-anything missile. His other weapons would be useless.

I dont see why not. Hell theyve shown that the Engineers, or at least their most deadly creation, and Yautja are multiversal travelers travelers. Big Mama killed a Wolverine, a Magneto, and other X-people. Hell theirs three yellow core Xenomorphs and one Yatuja, theirs no reason why they wouldnt be in SW. Xenomorphs have already been used twice in SW.

Yup IM sure they still have a article on wookiepedia "Xenomorphs." If not I can give you a novel refrence "Coruscant Nights 2." It showed up in a Rogue squadron comic but I dont know which one. Some would argue that "Xenomorph" is just a fancey name for any alien. Its not in my opinion mainly because of the word "morph" most aliens in fiction do not fit the bill when it comes to the term "Xenomorph." Since that name is highly associated with tthe aliens from aliens thats what I think the author wanted in his novel.
