I finally broke down and got fluorescent green maneuver and range templates from Applied Perspective. AFAIK, there is also Team Covenant and Litko.

Applied Perspective: great templates, some great tokens

Cog O'Two: some great templates and tokens

Litko: just okay templates and tokens

Team Covenant: great templates, and their Huge ship movement template is the best around

I don't know how much customization you can get from all of these, but it wouldn't hurt to email them and ask what they can do.

Cog o'Two stuff are very good and reasonably priced.

Our club even went to them to get custom templates made for other games for our 10th anniversary.

I got Applied Perspective Templates and Range Rulers. They're fantastic. Come with this sticker film over them with the numbers and arrows etched over, so if you want to paint in the numbers it works like a stencil!

Also they don't have obnoxious WE MADE THIS THING logos on it. Simple. Elegant.
