Am I the only person that doesn't particularly care for Soontir Fel? I'd rather use Turr Phenir or....well....not an Interceptor. I think my alt Scimitar will get more use, actually.
If I had this card, I'd happily trade it for a Vader.

I'd be willing to bet once Wave 6 debuts we'll be seeing a whole lot more of Mr. Fel. FFG's pilot choice was spot on.
I plan on going to at least 3, maybe 4, Store Championships. While I don't expect to win any of them, it's reasonable to aim for a top 4 showing, at least once. Those focus tokens are boss. 
Sorry, but I am not digging the Soontir Fel alternate art. He looks way too much like a member of the Backsteet Boys and not the menacing, thorn in your side, PS 9 TIE Interceptor that we've all come to know. I would have rather seen him with his Flight Helmet on and not this pretty boy before my eyes.
I disagree. To me the art looks like what you'd see in an Imperial propaganda or recruiting poster...very cool in my opinion.
In case anyone was wondering, no, the new focus tokens do not glow in the dark.
I can try and hit them with a UV light and see how much they fluoresce. I do think they will look better on the table than the older ones. Brighter than the old ones, so easier to see.

I dig the card.
FFG deserve big props for this. Now there is a way to get Fel without buying the interceptor.
Great for new players, and money out of FFGs pockets.

Is it sad that I have only just started with this game (having played one game against my wife so far) and I am already planning to attend one or more store championships? Not that I have any illusions about winning, mind you...
you say that, but i won my first one last year having only played for about 3 weeks. never won one since!

Ruined it? NOW I want one! 
FLGS has their kit for the championship game in a month. We busted it open and ogled the goodies for a bit. The dice bag logo is silver foil that pops nicely on the black. Something I'm not sure I saw anyone mention was the 1st round by to the regional card. Yeah the Focus tokens are a lot lighter shade of green then the original ones. Plaque was good sized and I think was wood. And yeah...gimme my Baron card already!

There are actually three types of Focus Tokens, there were four sets given away at Worlds 2012, sets for the top 8 at Regional events 2103 and now the Store Champion 2015 ones:

The acrylic colors on the 2012 and 2013 ones is about the same. The 2012 ones are not painted, so they look darker. Some people even think they are black (but that's clearly not right).
I love that the alt card art has all the ship soontir has shot down painted on his squint
Fel is posed a bit like Count Baracca:
There are a lot of WW1 aces that have posed in a similar way, though I can't find one of Von Richthofen (in a similar pose, there are oodles of pics of Manfred), on whom Fel is clearly based.
