Just got the VT-49 Decimator and there is no directions on what happens after I release the proton bomb. Is it 1 damage to all ships within range one?

To elucidate:

Deal 1 faceup damage = Do not hit shields, go directly to hull.

A Proton Bomb can 1-shot an entire swarm of z-95s, if you've stacked the deck.

The VT-49 Decimator box is supposed to include one "Bomb Token Reference Card #2".
