Someone (not me since I'm not a painter) should put up a big resource post of links to tutorials and suggested paints and supplies.

That would be super helpful. Especially to wannabe painters like myself. I haven't ever painted a miniatures game before but I'd really like to do a few of my ships, and all of my Imperial Assault stuff.
