I would say swap out outmaneuver on your YT for predator or lone wolf or ptl and lose the proton rockets. You're paying for a turret that shoots everywhere and don't need to limit your maneuvers by adding missiles. I'd also get rid of experimental interface and Lando. You can put recon specialist on there for the same points for two focus with no fickle green dice involved.

I'll second the call to drop Outmaneuver. You've spent a Z-95 on being able to have a 360 degree HLC. You should get an EPT that further enhances that point investment instead.

I don't feel quite the same way about the Proton Rocket. That purchase does help to mitigate one of the weaknesses of an HLC Outrider. Now you have the option to return fire to a ship that is in your arc at range one. It wouldn't be a priority in spending points but if I had 3 points left over I'd probably grab it as insurance.

Lando does seem like a pretty big gamble, especially if you have to take a stress token to use him. The YT-2400 has an awesome dial if it isn't limited to green moves. The green moves aren't too bad if you've got the ability to boost. If you are trying to use Outmaneuver and you've got a stress and no Engine Upgrade it isn't going to be too difficult for even low PS ships to predict where your arc will end up and stay clear of it.

If you really do want to have a YT-2400 with Outmaneuver I'd ditch the title and the rocket to save points and get rid of the donut. You'd have 4 dice in your front arc at 2 and 3, 2 dice out of arc at range 2 and 3, and 3 dice at range 1.

Dash and Jake are both really fun pilots. I would trim down the upgrades a bit to try and squeeze another ship in there though. With a two ship build I try to make sure both ships pack a lot of firepower (such as Buzzsaw Phantom + Decimator, or Corran Horn + Falcon, etc.) I might try something like this:

Dash Rendar

+ Push the Limit

+ Heavy Laser Cannon

+ Kyle Katarn

+ Outrider

+ Engine Upgrade

Jake Farrell

+ Outmaneuver

+ Chardaan Refit

+ A-Wing Test Pilot

+ Push the Limit

Tala Squadron Pilot

Total Points: 99

I also like GreedyMerchant's suggestion of Lone Wolf / Predator and Recon Specialist. Maybe something like this:

Dash Rendar

+ Lone Wolf

+ Heavy Laser Cannon

+ Recon Specialist

+ Outrider

+ Engine Upgrade

Jake Farrell

+ Outmaneuver

+ Chardaan Refit

+ A-Wing Test Pilot

+ Push the Limit

Prototype Pilot

+Chardaan Refit

Total Points: 100

I would have Kyle instead of lando. He negates stress builds and gives you a free focus against them. Lando is ok but you could get a tl/focus from stress removal and the tl action
