I would substitute pierce 4 with reach and (push +2damage) instead of (+3 damage)
Yeah, he definitely needs Reach.
Shouldn't it be 2 red and another die. Since there is a 2 of any color cap at the moment? (Most people only have 1 set of dice)
I agree with the 2 red limit - 2 red 1 yellow? Should be tougher to hurt - maybe give him +1 block - remember some characters can remove 1 dice from defence. He needs the massive rule as well.

What exactly is meant by "replace your attack"?
How many squares....?
I want it to be that that attack is the only surges you can use. How do you think it could b eworded
I like "Feed" a lot but needs tightening. Maybe:
[special action icon]: Make an attack. For this attack remove all abilities above that cost [surge icon] but gain:
[2 surge icons]: +2 [damage icon] and recover 2 [damage icon] if this attack defeats the target figure.
But you could not use it in a campaign!

Personally I'd probably take away one of the red, to represent the increased difficulty of picking up the target rather than just slashing/bashing them. It probably also needs some kind of restriction against use on droids and vehicles (or does some EU source establish that Rancors can digest metal? Wouldn't surprise me. ).
Would this things base be 3x3? would that just be way to big to be functional?
It could be a 3 x 2 if it was facing sideways.
Not a fan of like 14 million surge spending abilities.
