I like it! The TIE Fighter graph tells an interesting story with the rise of BlackCrack.
X-Wing List Juggler
Brutalist style is best style.
Obnoxious request time - would it be possible to get the tournament name on the search page to be a link to the event?
There is a workaround - I just copy the event name and go to the tournament page and search for it. So it's not a huge deal.
Also, I think I'm missing something in the search criteria format. I was trying to search for any list with "Red Ace" in it. Ended up having to search "p=red and p=ace". Got mostly correct results.
I should actually read the instructions:
- If you have a search expression with spaces in it -- for example, "Push the Limit" -- use the canonical xws name instead, "pushthelimit"
heh, yeah, I was just about to post that :-)
re: tournament name , sure, easy one, ty ! added ticket
Edited by sozinI would love to see this info available to the UK also. Is there a reason info shown is mostly USA only?
I appreciate its not easy to organise. Just intrigued as our store champs seem to be much bigger 30-60 players rather than the <16 that seem to appear a lot on Cryodex...

Players and tournament organizers input results themselves. It is not limited to the states. If you'd like more tournaments from the UK to be included in the data, advise your tournament organizers to input the tournament data in to list juggler after the tournament has completed.
If you put "country=kingdom" you will get a bunch of hits. Bit of a hack but it works!

That.
Also, it's not like Cryodex can't run larger events. I've run two 20+ in the past month. Is there a concern that causes people in Europe to not use Cryodex? I know I have at least one user in Germany. He sent me some beer money. Good guy
Resisting urge to write a geomap page that shows all the tournament locations on a world map...
You know what would be really cool? A geomap page that shows all the tournament locations on a world map...

Sorry I could have worded my message a little better it is widely used I just couldn't seem to find any results for the UK and all the US ones I seem to see are small tournaments where as the smallest Store Championship I have attended in the UK was 30 players, largest was 77.
I love the programme and have found that MajorJuggler is converting my into a 'Statto' when it comes to X-Wing.
Can anyone help with search syntax? I'm trying to simply search for all lists in Colorado. Can't seem to figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.
state=Illinois
Yields a bunch of hits for me for my home state.
Sadly searching with Colorado yields zero hits - I will need to check when I get home but I am guessing no one has ever submitted a result for that state! I double checked it my going to the tournament listings and typing in Colorado into the search field and also got zero hits.
I really need to implement that geospatial heat map to visualize which regions are actively contributing ...
so it is relatively easy to get the lat and lon of the city and state using python's geocode modules. actually getting the lat and lon of the game store itself takes more work. I'm going to implement v1 of the geo stuff using just state and city since its easy.
heatmaps ... they're coming.
Heatmaps are live.
http://lists.starwarsclubhouse.com/heatmap
not sure how terribly useful it is, but yeah, it scratched my itch (yep: no results submitted in Colorado; yep: NOVA is an X-Wing machine). also I learned some stuff about geo using javascript and python. also I cleaned up some duplicates in the venue data. all in all a useful and fun exercise!
there are ~60 (of 790) tourney venues that I was unable to figure out the lat and lon for using my geolookup service. I'm going to add an editor within the heatmap page to change the lat and lot of the site (this will also help with locations where there are more than one game store in the city -- right now I'm just using the lat and lon of the city/state/country, not the venue/city/state/country).
What sort of fidelity should we be expecting from the heatmaps? From my browser the heatmap areas don't seem to be separating into their pinpoint locations when zooming in. Precision is at whole number Lat/Lons then(i.e. no minutes/seconds)?
Edit: Doh, didn't read the last part of your above comment
I work with Topographical/Map data and
Nautical Charts
on a regular basis so this peaks my interest a little.
Ok, so I added a few cool things.
First, you can make the lat/lons more precise now if you see fit. For example, there are handful of game stores in Quebec City, and, since all of them were being mapped to one lat lon, they were all being coalesced. I added an editor feature to the lat/lon in the heatmaps page so you can change them:
Second, if you zoom in a few times onto the map, I am now showing markers for the all the game stores:
Finally, previously when you zoomed in a bunch, the heatmap bubbles were way to big. So that's been adjusted; here's part of the NOVA region, for our #1 most submitted site (yay Curio Cavern!):
Thanks Mu0n for pairing with me on this!

Well, thank you both for adding so many cool and interesting features!
Added the rest of wave 8 (Baron of the Empire, Ruthless Freelancer, Gand Findsman, Lothal Rebel, Thermal Detonators, and Overclocked R4).
Hey it's that time of the week to ask for something obnoxious on listjuggler. Is it possible to do a search with some sort of "not" operator.
I'm wanting to find lists with deadeye that do not have contracted scout. Trying to settle an argument.
I'll get my people on it
I'm wanting to find lists with deadeye that do not have contracted scout. Trying to settle an argument.
Took a quick peek and of the Store Champs since Wave 8 was released, and for the data that's been entered so far:
Edit: yup, my SQL skills
-
45
22
have at least one JumpMaster with Deadeye
But it's not the only ship that carried Deadeye! There were also
- 10 Z-95 lists
- 5 B-wing lists
- 2 Y-wing lists
- 1 each of A-wing and Kihraxz (!) lists
(Caveat: my SQL skills)
Also edit: These aren't necessarily distinct. There could have been a list that fielded both a Deadeye B-wing and a Deadeye Z-95, and they would have counted separately.

Augh, I am bad at things. Not necessarily SQL, but calendars. I had queried for lists since Wave 8's release date...
in 2015.
So, some corrected numbers:
It's still
22
JumpMaster lists.
Otherwise, there was
1
Deadeye Y-wing (on Kavil) and
1
Deadeye Z-95 (on Blount).
Sorry for the confusion!
