The Evolution of War: Galactic Empire 4 Ship List
I'd drop the RGPs down to Sabers and put the ATCs on the advanced. As a bonus, all your ships would move at the same time.

But it makes you depend of having a TL on the defender, preventing you to use your action to barrel roll or evade.
Also, i think it is better for interceptor to have highest PS as possible to dodge as many arc as possible.
True on both points; however, you only need to acquire the target lock, not expend it.
Can't argue about the interceptor pilot skill bit though.
AC on non-named advanced is the way to go in my opinon. I Also agree with higher PS on Interceptors, with autothrusters it's not only arc dodging, it's range management as well. Both done a lot easier at higher PS

But because they are ps4, what they TL on might not be in front of them anymore in combat phase. So, personally, I would prefer the AC.
About the build itself, I love it. It is clean, functionnal, a bit tanky, a bit control. Could stand its ground vs many squads.
As a relatively novice player, I find that anything I do to alleviate my potential to make mistakes is worth the effort. Having all pilots move at the same time is often very forgiving in that respect.
Edited by StarWarsDad1138I think I'd throw my hat in for the ATC. How much PS 5 stuff is used in your area? There's not much around me, at least. The ATC gives you different sorts of strengths against different targets. Against things that take a long time to kill, spending an action on a target lock isn't really a deal-breaker. It's a nice boost to possibly hit a Falcon or Decimator early with a good crit. Either way, it's probably not going to make or break the list.

PS5 not much, but a bunch of PS4 (it is either PS3 or PS4 to avoid Predator), so having PS4 too means there is a chance to move before them.
But the real concern with ATC on low PS is you need to use an action to get TL on your target, which means you are less defensive. Yes, once you have it on your target, you don't spend it, but everytime your target die, you need to aquire a new one. Also, it means you are "forced" to attack a particular ship or else you again lose an action to get TL on your new target.
Edited by WildhornI put the preorder down for my Raider today. I'm excited to give this list a go.
I would much rather have Soontir+PTL+Stealth Device+Autothrusters. Nearly impossible to kill unless he is blocked or caught in too many firing arcs.
