Presumably that's exactly what "oneshot" means, though I can't see how. Possibly y wing with autoblaster turret, a bomb and the tittle?

How would you one shot a firespray?

There are a couple ways to get a ship up to 7 attack dice, 4 to strip the shields and then 3 direct hits.

For the first one it is plausible but very unlikely. If that happened I would ask my opponent if they shuffled their deck However if a minor explosion creeps in and finishes the job I would find it hilarious but feel sorry at the bad luck. If it happened to me I would demand to roll my opponents dice to ensure they were not weighted.

The second one not so much. Sure you can double spend focus on blaster turrets but you still have to have ways to get focus as well as spend them. With the squadron list restrictions there is no way to gain that much focus and have the necessary upgrades to spend them.

Correction: i thought it was 5/5 on shields and hull. If it's 4/6 then it is possible with Expose/Jan Ors/Advanced Torps if you roll at least 3 crits with direct hits!

I didn't quite understand the 2nd thing with the Tokens. Yes of course you could spend 15 tokens in a 100 poimt match and you can also get them quite easily if that was the question

You take Moldy Crow on one Hawk with Recon spec. Then you take another HwK with Kyle pilot. If you Take Garven and get to shoot with him you can pass it another. That's already 4 per round you get. So you can collect for about 4-5 rounds and you have 15 on one ship.

You can spend them even faster. If you have a Blaster turret and also focus to change results, you spend 2 already. And then you can spend one for each defense roll just depending on how many ships fire at you. So the maximum spent per round could be 10 i believe. 2 for Blaster turret, 8 for defensive rolls (as max. Number of any ship on 100pts is 8) in one turn.

You're right, multiple obstructions don't stack. However, it's still possible with a Stealth Device.

You're right, multiple obstructions don't stack. However, it's still possible with a Stealth Device.

Negative; ACD takes the mod slot that you need for Stealth Device

You don't need ACD in order to cloak/decloak. The ACD allows a free cloak after you attack.

No one said anything about ACD, you are free to choose SD over ACD...

If it's an epic game you can swap the obstacle for a huge ship with em emitter for... 9 defense dice

4 for phantom

1 for stealth device

1 for range

3 for em emitter obstructed attack.

And then roll 9 eyes and realize you decided to not focus that turn.

Deadeye to lauch a proton torpedo, spend on the torpedo, miss, gunner, spend on attack. That's 3. (Alternatively, you could use a Blaster Turret, spend on the Turret, miss, gunner, spend on attack.)

An opponent can bring 8 ships. That's 8 attacks that you can roll eyeballs on, so that's 11 total.

There's also Corran, Deadeye to launch a torpedo, spend on torpedo. That's two. Second attack, spend. Plus survive 8 attacks that's 11. Then you can spend on R5-P9 for 12.

Yeah, the point of threads like this isn't "what WOULD you do?", it's "what CAN be done?", regardless of whether it is practical or not.

For those that don't want to do the math, it comes out to 80 points for a single ship.

One of the weird things I have noticed about this game is that when I win a game, it's because I am just that much better than my scrublord opponent.

However, on the rare occasion that I lose, it is only ever because my dice abandoned me.

Does anyone else strictly lose due to luck? /s

Prockets/Adv Protons + Opportunist + Jan/Vader, with all dice rolling damage, and with 3+ rolling Crits, and with the Crits coming up as either Direct Hit or as successful Minor Explosions.

If the opponent is running 5 bombers with Cluster Missiles, that's 10 attacks to survive.

3 attacks from you can come from Clusters + Gunner. However, you can get 4 focii spent if Rexler Brath is the one shooting the clusters (Attack, Brath ability, Attack, Brath ability).

And then there's Deadeye. 10+4+1=15

Sounds like we need to find a pilot with the most possible actions.

Most actions available on a single ship: 7 on an E-Wing with an Engine Upgrade, an action from an EPT, and an action from an Astromech.

Knowing that this ship is deprived from both PTL and EI to get to this ridiculousness, is it still possible to get all 7 actions?

Oddly, several of these are useful upgrades. The Adv Protons and the Flight Instructor are the only ones not demonstrably pulling their weight.

Wonder if this could actually be viable in an Escalation game?

Also, you could theoretically run 3 Gunners instead, but their abilities don't stack, so that would just be silly
