On gloomy slide(when attached to tira) can you use the E: on it or do you have to play it as an action to do the E:

You have to play it as an action to get the Enhance.

If attached you can only use the life loss to discard an attack that dealt damage, otherwise you have to play it as an action form ability from your hand if you want the E.
