I guess no one has any suggestions to improve my list lol

Do you plan on it being a competitive tournament list, or just a fun Interceptor list? At tournaments, while the high PS may help against some lists, high PS is all the rage at the moment. A PS 11 Han or PS10 Corran is still going to chew through this list.

I'd consider dropping the Alpha and Swarm Tactics on Howl. Use those points for Dark Curse + Stealth Device, then either keep the 1 point for initiative (if you really want it), or throw VI on Howl to have a list that is 10 10 9 6, where initiative won't really matter for the PS 6 anyway. Dark Curse's 4 die + no rerolls or focus tokens means he has super survivability, and people may try to target Howl first anyway, so ensuring Howl gets at least one shot off is nice.

I am still trying to find the list that I want to run for store championships. I will take your advice and try this list with your suggested changes

Howlrunner doesn't really add much to this list. If your Interceptors are doing their jobs they won't be within range 1 of her and she can't modify her own rolls. She's also the last target I'd pick to shoot at (I might shoot her instead of the Alpha). She's going to be just as hard to kill as any of your Interceptors and having her alive increases the chance that you keep your highly mobile Interceptors moving more predictably in formation. If the Interceptors do break formation to keep from getting picked off she's just a regular TIE fighter. She's also the least threatening ship in your squad in a 1 on 1 situation.

That's not much value for the 23 points you are spending on her. It kind of breaks the PS theme but instead of Howl and an Alpha you'd probably be better off adding Hull Upgrades to the Interceptors and taking Dark Curse and Backstabber or two Black Squads with Predator and finding something to do with the last 3 points.

I think Turr works well enough with VI but most other Interceptors work better with PTL than VI.

As I look at your list it seems as if you intend to fly everything in formation and try to joust, hoping that your superior PS and green dice will let you come away from each pass having done more damage than you took. If you are looking at having an Interceptor jousting squad that relies on Howlrunner rerolls I'd try to work in Kir Kanos or Fel's Wrath since those guys never get any play and that's about the only sort of list that could take advantage of them.

I'd consider dropping the Obsidian to an AP. The AP is going to be a better blocker and you pick up a small initiative bid against other PS9s.
