You might have better luck finding 2nd edition players at: http://forum.strike-to-stun.net/

It has a subforum for for those who want to use VOIP/Skype to play over the internet.

Completely late now but had I seen this I would have let you know. I moved to Germany in December 2015 haha had a pretty large group of American players. I'm starting an online one (or at least looking into it) so let me know if you're still in need of players / DM
