LOS and Targeting question

By Vox_Anteron, in Star Wars: Imperial Assault

I played my first two games of this last night and we ran into a tactical question we weren't able to find a good answer for in the rules.

When playing the first campaign mission the imperial player had a computer terminal he was trying to defend. He moved a unit to stand on top of it thinking that it would block LOS to that unit. We couldn't see anything that indicated that a terminal blocked movement or LOS or made any mention to how it should effect movement. After a dig through the rules we ruled that since you could see the unit and targets do not block LOS that the rebels could still shoot the computer. Has anyone else run into a situation like this or want to share how you would have covered this?

Thanks!

If Imperial player makes his unit 'stand' on top of the terminal the Rebel player may choose which to target, this as been discussed elsewhere on the forums and the general consensus is you can see both Unit and Terminal.

Attacking Objects

If a figure is in the same space as the token, the figure and token are targeted for attacks independently. Neither the figure

nor the token block line of sight to the other.

Ah perfect. Thanks for pointing out the rule page for me too!
