Anyone played it yet?

Have any of you played it yet? If so, what are your thoughts about it? My face-to-face group will be playing it today for the first time.

This is my first post.

But yes, I started just a small single day encounter. And boy did it ever escalate super quickly. Turns out facing a horde of 6 zombies with only 3 people is not as easy as DnD.

The system is great, Can be ranged from Basic to difficult. Without the use of Number Crunching like Dnd, Not only for stats but for attacks too, makes it very easy to pick up and play quite quickly.

The use of Positive and Negative Dice cancelling each other, definitely makes it quick and easy to keep the flow of the game. Plus, from a GM perspective the amount of dice left over makes it easier to narrate the action they are doing.

Another Bonus is they only ask for 1 GM and 2 other survivors to play, Plus you don't have to edit combat for the number of players you have. You only have 2 survivors... I highly doubt they will go guns blazing into a horde of 10+ zombies. You are also not committed to a several session game. Got 5-6 Hours to kill?? Put them in a High rise building flooded with zombies and see if they can escape. It takes quite a while to create your characters but once your character is made you can use him whenever you like. (When your in your house playing this you use what you can, But what happens if you play this game while camping? items and the world will be different.) It also allows you to create fictional characters if you get bored of you normal characters.

This is definitely a fun and enjoyable game. will be playing this game much more in the future, plus I'm going to pick up the other books to.

Can't really cover everything because this is all that is coming to my mind.

Hope this helps.
