What next?

By Khamul The Easterling, in Star Wars: The Card Game

Alrighty guys, I have played SW for a while now with x2 Core and x2 EoD. My friend and I have gotten some good, long use out of that cardpool. What would you suggest for us to buy next?

I will not be collecting everything as I am spending money in many other games too, but I can afford to buy maybe a few force packs or something. What would you suggest as a good addition to my current cardpool to freshen things up a bit?

Thanks,

Khamul

I would get force packs from the Echoes of the Force cycle. In particular the pack Knowledge and Defense. That pack has a number of very good objective sets, every one in the pack is usable.

I would second Knowledge and Defense. If you are going to get one, make it that one!

Otherwise, you might want to think about what decks you like. Do you want to build a Walker deck or some Star Destroyer Decks? Jedi character decks or Rebel Vehicles? The answer to those questions may help guide what sets you will ultimately purchase.

Between the shadows. It comes out Wednesday, it's another deluxe, but you only need one. Otherwise, I would second Echoes of the Force packs. All but the last pack had great stuff in it.

Between the Shadows will let you shake things up the most.

The last pack in the Echoes Cycle would give you Salacious Crumb which is pretty fun with the new scum decks.

...and Asteroid Base.

Between the Shadows will give you the most new cards for your money. Honestly getting the entire echoes cycle is worth it too, there are very few set that aren't good in the whole cycle, though if you can't get the whole cycle Knowledge & Defense is the best like has been said before.
