I have been seeing a lot of Decimators in my area. And the amount of hull is a bear tobtake down. So I am looking at bringing the big guns.

Sounds like a hard hitting list - certainly against something slow like a Decimator.
I might try it out over the weekend with a Howlrunner swarm, see how it stands up.

I don't know that I'd go around calling Decimators slow. A Decimator with an Engine Upgrade moves way faster than those B-Wings.
Maneuverability could be a factor. But against decimators it could work. I go in slow and pour on the fire. The problem for me against Decimators isn`t that I can hit, it is the problem of not hitting enough.
Dash could be a problem. The only thing i can hope for is to get in Dash`s way and hope i can keep 1 to 2 cannons on him. Or take out his escorts and hope it is enough.

and it was pretty good. The adv sensors made them pretty maneuverable, and evading b-wings are pretty hard to bring down.
Anyone think FCS would be worthwhile here? would increase the punch on those HLCs a lot. I was thinking about lambdas with HLC myself, again lots of hull, system upgrade, etc.

FCS is best against large ships. And since the OP said that is what he is mainly facing, then I think it's a must to include it on the B's.
The FCS would be an excellent addition to my list, but that would mean losing the Outrider title. And my hands without it the HLC on the fringer would not come into play.
