So i have a coulple of questions and comments

i am new to this game. honestly i am new to this entire deminsion of game. the intensity and complication is something new to me and i have to say i do enjoy it. first off is there any basic knowledge or strategy i need to know? also once i get the hang of the base game i was wondering what the first expansion i should get would be? please help me along in this awesome new world that has just been opened up to me!!!!!
