If I have one StormTrooper adjacent to 2 Stormtroopers, Can I reroll 2 attack die?

Refering to that you can only reroll once.

Except there is also a rule that no single dice can be re-rolled more than once. So unless you were somehow getting 7 dice...
Echo what has been posted. You only get one re-roll no matter how many troopers you are adjacent to, it is not cumulative.
Also - typically in gaming mechanics - the term 'for each' would most likely have found it's way in there.
ie. 'While attacking, for each other adjacent friendly Trooper, you may reroll 1 attack die.'
