(B) Hero class card(the ones you buy with xp) Most powerful?

(A) I really like Jyn. Her abilities are really punishing. Hitting the imperial while moving backwards is super good.

(B) Jyn's ability to have her quick draw do an extra damage and stun is disgustingly good.

If we are limiting to Heroes, I'd go Fenn, he's got a good mix of damage output and tactical buffs.

I think the best skirmish hero is Argus. I think he's auto-include. His Focus ability is ridiculously good and the movement/his gun come in handy for the low, low price of 3pts. If we don't limit it to the Campaign heroes, I'd say Luke is far and away the most flexible and cost efficient. Fenn is also up there, even without troopers, as is Ghaarkan.

I think most of the skirmish heroes are pretty good, although Chewie is a bit of a let-down for his cost.

Jyn is okay, shes way better in the campaign. Her ability is powerful in Skirmish but she dies really easily. She's not expensive at least, but I wish she was able to handle groups a bit better.

As for Imps, the Royal Guard Champ is far and away the best unique, he's so good at doing basically everything.

I guess every hero has it's strenghts and weaknesses. It all depends on what kind of group you assemble for a campaign. So far we always played Diala, Jyn, Gideon and Fenn. And that being said, I always play Diala. She isn't the strongest but with her force abilities she is a powerful support character and deals a good amount of damage. I have to say it helps to complete her side mission.

I like Fenn and Gaarkhan. They work well together it seems stomping squads of stormtroopers. Start off with Fenn using Havoc Shot and finish with the Wookie using the Axe and spending a surge for Cleave. Very easy way to remove a squad.
