I got a little bored while priming my minis and decided to try a quick modification of the AT-ST. The original is on the right, while my modification is on the left. It still needs some tidying up.

Only after I did this did a buddy point out that the General Weiss Villain Pack will basically be this but better, but oh well, it was fun.

Anyone else have any luck with modifications?

I like it.

What I've done is just to put small magnets on the side guns and also on the nose gun. The latter is done for protection of the barrels. This way it can easily pop off and inserted in the pluck foam. I've m a VERY short movie of it:
