Wonderful game, my son and I both enjoy it and as a result I think I'll be able to convince my wife to let me spend money on it. Only one problem, everything seems to be out of stock right now. I hope this is not an indicator that this game is about to be discontinued, that has happened to me before. Any ideas when this supply issue will be resolved for older units?

The FFG Upcoming page shows the older sets as being "on the boat." For any number of reasons (possibly including the holiday rush), demand has temporarily outpaced supply, but more are coming.

Make sure you do a lot of searching. I live in Buffalo, NY and have found a lot of ships recently and different Barnes and Nobles. Make sure to ask to check in the back. As for being discontinued, they just released info on a large Imperial ship to be released and scum & villainy are yet to come.

This has in a short span become ffgs top selling product there's no danger of it disappearing, they had no clue how popular it would become and so we're a little conservative with what they ordered.

Restock is incoming they've contracted more companies to up production we just have to wait a bit.
