The same could be said for Chewbacca's ability. If you are looking for something to carry the Outrider title and don't have the points for Dash, Leebo is as viable a choice as any other. Neither of the other 2 YT-2400 pilots get EPTs or pilot abilities when using the Outrider title. Determination lets you get the most out of Leebo's ability when it does trigger. If you are expecting to see a lot of VT-49s with Chiraneau both Chewie and Leebo's abilities will see more frequent use.

My biggest concern with your Outrider is that with it having a fairly low PS and only a single action your opponents may have an easy time getting into the safety of range one. You can probably use Chewie to screen and prevent this to some extent.

I made a list like this cause I feel like lebo+determination is better that a bunch of hull upgrades. I also dropped the title to make the falcon more tanky with r2d2 crew and c3po. I also think I had a ptl and falcon title in there somewhere.

I did run leebo without the title and it wasn't too bad. Maybe I'll try beefing up the falcon. Leebo and determination just works nicely together.

I Love Leebomination fleets.

His ability becomes substantially better after you get some good defensive combos in, though.

Also, I can't stand the outrider title.
