I am thinking of starting to collect the minis to add to my game. I was wondering if anyone else uses them, and if you do, it says they come prepainted, but the pic is of them fully painted like Pathfinder minis. So are the just chunks of plastic i have to spend hours painting or are the actually painted and ready to play with?

They are actually painted. Beware that the painting scheme is okaish for their price, but it's not breathtaking, so if you're into this stuff, you can certainly do a better job.

Additionally, it's important to remember that while investigators minis are all available, some of the monsters have not been released (yet? nobody knows for sure), and that monster minis on the board make the game a little too much overcrowded
