Do you get to keep the stuff you find in crates from one mission to the next?

No. All items from crates are put back into the deck after the mission. This way you don't deplete the deck.

Well, ten or so missions with about one crate each. I doubt it would empty unless you weren't using your items.

Although you don't keep the items, don't forget that you get 50 credits per crate which you can use to buy items.

Depends on the mission, but you get the item for the duration of that mission unless you exhaust that card and then you get the amount of crates converted as credits so if you have 4 crates that is 200 credits

Most Missions give 100-200 credits for lose/win condition so really makes them worth grabbing.

It's the create token itself that's worth 50 credits. Valuable goods is with whatever is on the card (not in front of me at the moment).
