It does indeed roll one green die for range. It would also roll an extra die for obstruction.

Just because it has an agility value of "0", doesn't mean you are completely defenseless. You still get any bonuses or penalties any other ship would.

No.

Expose reduces agility to a minimum of zero. After that you roll zero dice for agility, plus one die for range plus one die for obstruction.

Range and obstruction do not alter agility!

They clarified this in the FAQ

And to add for clarification to anyone new reading. Secondary Weapons would not offer a range bonus.
