Do Earned Class/Item Cards Carry Over Between Campaigns?

1) As a Rebel I spent my Credits on a new Item card. Does this Item card stay with me for all future campaigns?

2) For Rebel & Imperial. I spent my XP on a new Class card. Does this Class card stay with me for all future campaigns?

Not between different campaigns no. But between missions of the same campaign they do.
