if the rebels win a side missionanx gain an ally can they deploy that ally from then on in every mission?

When the Rebels bring allies you get extra threat to compensate. More Stormtroopers and and E-Webs for me!
As an Imperial Player: Please please PLEASE use allies!
As a Rebel player: Don't ever, ever, ever, EVER use allies.
With the right rewards the rebels can get a squad of troopers for only 2 threat. That's nasty.
