Just as the name suggest where can i get a card list of cards found in the new starters? I am trying to figure out which new starters I should buy.

I don't think there is a list of cards in the starters, except for some starter exclusive cards.

Starters are now static with Set 12. It would take some nice person to open a starter and type out the contents.
A better question to ask then is which new starter is worth getting and why? I am thinking about ordering a fight night pack but while i was doing that i was going to get a mai starter and one other starter. I didn't want to pick the gimp starter with a bunch of cards that no one uses and laughs at.
The Ken starter comes with Kuzuryu Reppa and Sagat starter I think comes with Blinding Rage? Those are in the Fight Night pack anyway I think, so you might be better off just getting 2 Mai starters.
