Has anyone gotten word on the Time of Trials expected release date? I realize City of Shadows was released at the very end of May, but I just was wondering if anyone had heard anything or been given expected dates.

Probably June 30th. Not that I'm a pessimist.

according to the upcoming page it is shipping now

I received an retailer email two weeks ago that said it should be shipping this week. So, possibly by the end of this week to next week.

Pleasant surprise, our shop got them in today, 06/25.

Stark Winter/Shadows is looking like a possible fun deck, not sure if it's got all the pieces yet to run effectively though. And Lannister Shadows is getting some seriously nice support.

I picked mine up on Saturday.

Unfortunately, my pack was short one card. (It's missing a copy of "Sweet Cersei.") Anyone else have a problem with theirs?

That's one thing that sometimes gets under my skin fantasy flight's release schedule. Somtimes stuff is supposed to come out and it is fairly vague as well. But thats why patience is a virtue.

I haven't looked thoroughly at my Time of Trials packs, but I did have a prior chapter pack that contained 4 of one common and 2 of another, otherwise I haven't had a mis-pack in the numerous chapter packs I've bought (although I've not looked closely at the contents of them all). FFG's customer service has a good reputation and I would guess they'd mail you out a copy of the missing card if you contacted them; alternatively, if it's one of the commons you're missing, it might just be easier to bum a spare off of a friend if they've bought multiple copies of the chapter pack.

I played with the new Targ character that brings card back from the discard pile (Homeless something or other...) for the first time today. I just gotta say, that character is amazing. For two gold, I think I can safely say this has one of the best triggered abilities in the game. Though I enjoyed playing Targ before, I'm really excited about it now. (It's nice to have an alternative and/or supplement to Lady Dany's chambers in case one gets discard or you don't draw into it.)

I just used the Waif for the first time tonight as well, and I agree. Very good. Gotta keep the discard pile small, though, otherwise, it's not quite so useful.

I was said opponent and that card really broke my decks back.
