As a collector of product packaging, I hate having to throw away all those pesky models and cards whenever I buy a blister pack. I can't imagine it would cost much for FFG to produce the product packaging without putting the product inside it. I'm just tired of all these little ships and tokens collecting dust all over the place.
Edited by DailyRichShould FFG sell empty packages without ships and cards?
I'll take your ships, cards and tokens. That way they won't be wasted.
If generosity isn't your thing there's always ebay.
I like to collect the paper inserts that give you the contact details for FFG (though I remove the parts that show you the ship movements!). Maybe we should all get together... Something for everyone!
I do love those blister packs of Chinese air. Without the models in it we could even more air in there.
This would be a logistics nightmare. How could you calculate msrp if your packaging costs and product costs were the same thing?
Edited by TopHatGorillaThose packets aren't empty! It's the new TIE Mirage stealth fighter!

Back on the old Games Workshop HW airsoft team 'lenton first and only' we were all really getting into airsoft and buying tons of kit.
One of the guys, Martin (ex danish army so he should know better) bought these 'emegency water supplies' for some wierd reason (they were basically plastic bags of water) so everytime any one got a package with air bag padding everyone would go
'hey martin, look!.. emergency air supplies!'
