I find myself more and more running Salad with Balsamic-Vinaigrette, and Italian isn't looking to good in my dinner lists.

Of course, ranch dressing was always a bit OP.
The Italian Cuisine faction has always been one of the best. It seems they get the better upgrades compared to the others. Come on FFG! Give the other cuisines a chance too!
I am waiting for ages for the Wasabi upgrade, so I can play a viable Sushi-squad.
No doubt they will put in an Epic expansion, throwing it way beyond my price-range..

Look, Sushi squads are part of the fluff. I am not complaining it is underpowered or needs a fix, but a little diversity wouldn't hurt. Just the rice miniatures? Just soya-sauce, ginger, and salmon upgrades are not enough. You know, add the tuna for a different filling in the fish-slot and adding wasabi would give it more punch. Just my 2 cents..

Back on topic; I have always found Italian dressings overpowered, but I usually run generic salad with no upgrades except crouton torpedoes.
