I'm sorry if this has already been asked but I can't find anything with the busted search.
When I first read Juni's Spiral Arrow I thought that it meant foundations that actually get committed in the moment the attack deals damage, like if you have played an ability saying "if this attack deals damage, your opponent commits one foundation", so I didn't pay much attention. However, since everybody is talking about the "spiral arrow lock", I have just realized people play it so that the effect actually prevents ALL foundations already committed to be readied.
Is this correct? If so, I understand the power of this card now.
