So would the crit from ATC be added to the empty dice result?

I had this come up in a game tonight.

Blind Pilot:

The next time you attack, do not roll any attack dice.

ATC:

Yeah. Assuming you choose to attack and roll 0 dice with your primary weapon. If you decide to attack with a secondary weapon to roll 0 dice then ATC won't do anything.

Even more significant to my mind is accuracy correct. Pretty much completely neutralizes blinded pilot.
